CB Walker Has Terps Among 5 Finalists, Eager To Officially Visit College Park

The Maryland staff has been in frequent contact with Douglas County (Douglasville, Ga.) three-star defensive back Kani Walker for almost a year, and the 6-foot-2, 194-pounder recently named the Terps one of his foremost five suitors. Walker, who originally released a top 10 leaderboard that’s been cut in half, said UMD’s persistent pursuit is the main reason they’re a finalist for his services.
