Alabama OL Canty Decommits From Maryland

Maryland’s first 2027 de-commitment post-Mike Locksley era is offensive lineman Caleb Canty (McAdory/McCalla, Ala.). The three-star Carty was the first offensive line commitment of the 2027 class on May 29. The 6-foot-5, 290-pounder was on an official visit to College Park, Md., during thes spring and gave Locksley his verbal pledge on the second day of his stay.

Canty earned a Maryland offer in late May and had been on the staff’s radar for about a month.
