Four-star 2021 inside linebacker Greg Penn (DeMatha/Hyattsville, Md.) was one of a few top local recruits who were in College Park, Md., Feb. 1. The 6-foot-1, 225-pounder has long been a foremost priority for the Terps, who have multiple staffers in contact with the DMV talent.
