Maryland secured a commitment from St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.) three-star defensive end/JACK Zion Shockley Feb. 1, and afterwards Panthers’ assistant and recruiting coordinator Messay Hailemariam commented on the 6-foot-4, 235-pounder:
