Tennessee LB Clark Commits To Maryland On Official Visit

Maryland picked up its first linebacker commitment of the 2027 cycle June 7 in Germantown (Bartlett, Tenn.) unrated prospect Shelvy “Duke” Clark. The 6-foot-2, 2015-pound inside linebacker, who recently transferred from Bartlett High to Germantown, was on an official visit to College Park, Md., and committed before leaving campus.

Clark lauded the Maryland staff, the vibe he got in College Park, Md., and defensive coordinator Ted Monachino’s defense.
