Here are some of the Terps’ targets heading into the first official weekend in December:

Nyckoles Harbor, DE, Carroll (Washington, D.C.): The 6-5, 225-pounder who 247 rates a five-star will be in College Park, Md., for a second straight weekend Dec. 9-11. After taking an unofficial for the basketball game against Illinois, he’ll be returning with his parents for an official.
