BALTIMORE, Md. — Terrapin Times was on hand at Curley (Baltimore, Md.) for the Spalding (Severn, Md.) —Curley game in order to scout Terps’ safety commit Lavain Scruggs. Here is our take on the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder:

Scruggs plays all over the defensive backfield for Spalding, as well as on special teams. Physically, he’s a long, well-built prospect with average sized hands and a fairly wide wingspan.
