Terps Ante Up For JUCO OT, Who Could Be Late 2021 Addition

Maryland was only able to add one developmental offensive tackle in the 2021 class, but apparently the line-needy Terps are still identifying possible late additions to last cycle’s crop.

Maryland was only able to add one developmental offensive tackle in the 2021 class, but apparently the line-needy Terps are still identifying possible late additions to last cycle’s crop. On Feb. 15, UMD approved an offer for Mississippi Gulf Coast (Perkinston, Miss.) junior college tackle Peyton McKinion. The 6-foot-7, 310-pounder is currently in the 2022 class, but he was a full qualifier out of Brandon High School (Pelahatchie, Miss.) and is eligible to leave JUCO at any time.
