2022 Football Recruit Targets: Florida (Defensive Recruits)

The contact period for class of 2022 football prospects began Sept. 1. Here are some of the offerees and potential defensive targets the Maryland staff is keeping tabs on in Florida:

Aaron Hester, DE, Fletcher (Neptune Beach, Fla.)

The 6-3, 221-pound three-star has procured offers from Maryland, Cincinnati, FSU, Iowa State, Miami, Mississippi State, Rutgers, Va Tech and several more. The in-state programs and Mississippi State are prioritizing Hester and could be best positioned to land him.
