Milford Mill’s (Baltimore, Md.) Rishon Holmes plays exclusively quarterback in high school, but the 6-foot-1, 180-pound dual-threat landed his first power-five offer July 6 for cornerback. Hometown Maryland and corners coach Henry Baker extended a verbal to the Baltimore product, who had prior looks from Old Dominion; Monmouth; St. Francis (Pa.); Delaware; Marshall; New Mexico; Howard; Richmond; UMass and a couple others.
