Maryland secured a commitment from St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.) defensive end TJ Butler June 1, and afterwards we spoke to his assistant coach, Messay Hailemariam, to gain more insight into 6-foot-4, 230-pounder, who projects as a JACK at UMD:
