S/RB Bangura Updates His Status

The Terps have had an offer out to running back/safety Sieh Bangura (DeMatha/Hyattsville, Md.) for more than a year. UMD assistant Elijah Brooks, who used to coach Bangura before taking a job at Maryland, has maintained contact and with the 6-foot, 190-pounder each week.

“Coach Brooks hits me up a good amount, and we just talk,” Bangura said. “He keeps telling me he wants to stay in touch and they still want me up there.
