Terps After Chicago Wing Barnes

Maryland pulled guard Aquan Smart out of the Chicago area in the 2020 class, and now they’re hot on the trail of another 312 native. 2021 wing Isaiah Barnes (River Forest/Oak Park, Ill.) landed a Terps’ offer from assistant Matt Brady March 27, and the 6-foot-6 guard was thrilled about it.

“Maryland, man, that was a great offer to get,” Barnes said.
