4-Star Williams Remains A Maryland Priority, Discusses Terps And Top Suitors

St. Andrew’s Episcopal (Potomac, Md.) four-star small forward Benny Williams has long been a top target for Maryland, and the 6-foot-8, 180-pounder said he remains in regular communication with coach Mark Turgeon and assistants Matt Brady and DeAndre Haynes. Williams, who was last in College Park, Md., March 8 for the Terps’ game against Michigan, was all set to officially visit UMD April 12 too, although that foray will be pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
