The Terps have been prioritizing Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.) quarterback Caleb Williams, but March 13 the staff anted up for another DMV signal caller. Dual threat Brian Plummer (Quince Orchard/Gaithersburg, Md.) secured his first power-five offer from the hometown school and said it’s a program of primary interest.

“I’m really happy and really excited for this chance,” said Plummer, who had prior looks from Toledo and Morgan State. “I feel blessed.
