Maryland added another quarterback to its roster July 22 in former Fordham signal caller Jack Capaldi. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound redshirt senior will battle for a top backup spot behind starter Malik Washington.
Capaldi spent four years at Fordham and ended up starting nine games in 2024. He is coming off a season in which he appeared in just one game for the Rams.
