Terps Offer Local CB Simpkins

Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, Md.) cornerback William Simpkins established himself as a power-five recruit early last fall, when Virginia became his initial offer following the release of his junior film. Syracuse anted up for the 6-foot-2, 175-pounder shortly after that, and then Louisville; Pitt; Syracuse and Va Tech followed after the season.

Simpkins recruitment slowed down a bit of late, but March 1 he landed a coveted offer from the hometown Terps.
