Maryland’s Jersey-area recruiter, John Reagan, was in the Garden State in late January, and extended offers to a few intriguing recruits. One of the more prominent went out to Irvington (N.J.) three-star outside linebacker Mikai Gbayor, a 6-foot-2, 215-pounder with a growing offer list.
