OT Mort Sees Recruitment Rise, Terps Involved

Ethan Mort (Venice, Fla.) has started to gain significant steam on the recruiting trail thanks to his workout regimen and offseason habits. The 6-foot-6 offensive tackle played well enough during his junior season at Venice, but the 2021 recruit lined up at left tackle at 255 pounds, which is rather light for a blindside blocker. So, the Floridian got to it in the offseason, downing 7,000 calories a day, while increasing his bench, squat and the like by more than 100 pounds each.
