Aquinas MLB Mackie Picks Up Early Offers, Including One From UMD

Justin Mackie (St. Thomas Aquinas/Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.) is an intriguing MIKE linebacker at 6-2, 230-pounds. The transfer from Western High (Davie, Fla.) is a typical inside backer, who racks up tackles galore in the box. Last year, he had 110 total tackles, two forced fumbled, 1.5 sacks, 20 tackles for loss, and seven breakups.

College coaches have just begun to notice the inside backer, however.
