Huggins The Latest FLA WR To Land Terps Offer

One of Maryland’s Florida recruiters, Brian Williams, has done well attracting the attention of Sunshine State targets, and the Terps’ outside linebackers coach was back in the Miami area Jan. 28. He stopped by Killian High (Miami, Fla.) and anted up for an under-the-radar wideout with plenty of upside.
