JUCO OLB Spraggins Commits To Hometown Terps

Gereme Spraggins (Hutchinson, Kans.) actually committed to his hometown school, the University of Maryland, Jan. 18. The 6-foot-2, 235-pound outside linebacker, who attended Arundel High (Gambrills, Md.), said he had randomly texted coach Mike Locksley about his pledge in mid-January, but chose not to make it public until Jan. 26.
