The dead recruiting period ends Jan. 16, giving college football teams three weekends to host recruits before the regular singing period Feb. 5. The Terps already have 23 signees, and four other verbal commitments in the 2020 class, but head coach Mike Locksley and Co. are still trying to add a few more pieces to fill out the crop.
