Owasso (Okla.) four-star running back Isaiah Jacobs intended to drag his recruitment out until February, giving him more time to contemplate his array of suitors and embark on official visits. But in a sudden change, the 5-foot-10, 200-pounder, who is the younger brother of Josh Jacobs (Oakland Raiders), who played for Maryland head coach Mike Locksley at Alabama, decided to sign Dec. 18.

Jacobs ended up committing to Locksley and the Terps during a ceremony at his school.
