Perkins Makes Decision Official, Commits To Terps

Berkeley Prep (Tampa, Fla.) offensive guard Zach Perkins committed to Maryland back in late November, shortly after his initial visit to College Park, Md. But the 6-foot-4, 321 pounder made his decision official Dec. 12; the three-star went public before his OV to Maryland Dec. 13.

“Man, you know I’ve been holding this,” Perkins laughed. “You know, it was just time to go. You knew I was ready. Now it’s time to go. I’m ready for Maryland.
