Maryland’s North Carolina area recruiter, Mike Miller, anted up for William Amos Hough (Cornelius, N.C.) three-star receiver Devin Chandler back on Nov. 19, and three weeks later the 6-foot, 171-pounder was in College Park, Md., for his first official visit.
