The Terps seemed content to bypass a tight-end recruit in the 2020 class, but with freshman Tyler Devera leaving the program, UMD opted to identify new targets. Position coach Mike Miller’s first offer in the wake of the Devera departure went out Oct. 21 to a small-school prospect in North Baltimore, Ohio.
