On Nov. 19, two high school prospects still on our Hot Board will make their college intentions known. Baba Oladotun, the local 6-9 wing from Blake HS (Silver Spring, Md.) appears to be down to Arkansas and Maryland, with Georgetown a darkhorse. The Razorbacks have received most of the positive momentum in recent weeks , and are viewed as the strong favorite.
