4-Star LB Penn Talks Up Terps, Others

HYATTSVILLE, Md. – Four-star DeMatha (Hyattsville, Md.) inside linebacker Greg Penn has been anchoring a Stags’ defense that’s pitched three straight shutouts and has rarely let an opponent cross midfield. The 6-foot-1, 225-pound 2021 recruit racks up tackles galore, actively diagnosing; filling gaps; and bringing down backs.

“Right now the defense is humming,” said Penn after his team’s 36-0 victory against Life Christian (Chester, Va.) Sept. 27.
