The Terps’ staff handed out several new offers during their bye week, and one of the more intriguing new verbals went out to DMV 2021 wideout Tai Felton (Stone Bridge/Woodbridge, Va.). The 6-foot-0.5, 175-pound three-star had been in College Park, Md., a half-dozen times prior to the Sept. 22 verbal materializing, and been talking to the Maryland staff for quite some time. So when the offer finally came in, Felton was quite pleased.
