Baltimore PF Jackson Chooses Terps After Standout Official Visit

Maryland basketball concluded a major recruiting weekend by landing its first class of 2025 commitment. Compass Prep (Chandler, Ariz.) four-star forward Marcus Jackson, a Baltimore, Md., native, chose the Terps following his College Park, Md., official visit Sept. 6-8.  The 6-foot-7.5, 210-pound Uber-athletic Jackson opted for UMD over Auburn, Iowa and Tennessee, among others.
