HYATTSVILLE, Md. – Things are starting to come into focus now after the June live periods in regards to Maryland Basketball recruiting. Here's what I saw and heard:
Chris Jeffrey, 6-2, PG, Mt. Zion Prep (Lanham, Md.): Yes, the staff is still recruiting Acaden Lewis, but that's the longest of longshots. They backed off Chance Mallory, and while Tyler Jackson could still be in the mix, all signs point to Jeffrey as being the point guard target in the '25 class.
