Live Scouting Report: Beau Brade

 COLUMBIA, Md. — Terrapin Times was at River Hill (Columbia, Md.) Aug. 22 to scout Terps’ safety pledge Beau Brade. Here is our take on the 6-foot, 190 pounder.

Brade projects as a strong safety, or maybe even an outside linebacker if he bulks up, at Maryland. Although cast as a center fielder at River Hill, he’s a downhill defender who does his best work in the box. Brade has a quick first step, above-average acceleration and plus closing speed.
