Seton Hall PG Long Transfers To Maryland

Maryland landed its third guard transfer this offseason in Seton Hall “1” Jahari Long. The 6-foot-5, 200-pound junior, who has three years of eligibility remaining, also considered Tulane and North Texas, but took the opportunity to reunite with former coach Kevin Willard. He will back up Jahmir Young at point and can play the “2” behind Donald Carey as well.

A Houston, Texas, native, Long saw action in just five games in 2021 due to a knee injury that required surgery.
