Klintman Opts Out Of Maryland Scholarship

Maryland’s lone basketball commitment and signee in the 2022 class has opted out of his scholarship. In an expected move, four-star forward Bobi Klintman announced his decision via Twitter Dec. 31, letting on that he would be re-opening his recruitment in the wake of former UMD coach Mark Turgeon’s departure.

“It saddens me to announce this but after long prayer, I have to decommit from the University of Maryland because of the recent coaching change.
