Coach Speak: Josh Ward On Daniel Owens

Maryland landed a commitment from Calvert Hall (Towson, Md.) JACK/defensive end Daniel Owens Oct. 20, and afterwards we spoke to his coach, Josh Ward, to gain more insight into the 6-foot-2, 245-pound three-star:

Terrapin Times: Coach, we’ve known Daniel liked Maryland for quite awhile, and he did actually commit to the Terps back in September. When did you sort of have an idea he was going to stay home for college?

Josh Ward: I kind of had a feeling back in the summer time.
