Texas OG Moore Flips From Pitt To Maryland

Maryland flipped a three-star guard on the Fourth of July in former Pitt pledge Day’Jon Moore. The 6-foot-3, 305-pounder from Willis, Texas, committed to the Panthers following an official visit June 15, but three weeks later he changed his tune. Moore, who took in College Park, Md., in early June, decided he’d have a better shot of playing at Maryland than Pittsburgh.

“I committed to Pitt because I was coming off the high of the visit and it was just great energy there.
