The 2023 Hot Board Release

The 2023 Maryland Basketball Recruiting Hot Board details the Terps' main targets and the chances they have of landing said targets. A HOT temperature indicates a greater than 60 percent chance, a WARM temperature represents anywhere from a 35-60 percent chance, a COOL temperature represents a 15-35 percent chance and a COLD temperature is anywhere below 15 percent.
