TTDan's Hoops Evals: Recruiting Strategies

We've thrown out a bunch of names of possible Terp targets both locally and nationally in recent stories.  As we stated, many of those names will be dropped, and a good number will likely be added as priorities change, prospects narrow their lists, and most programs deal with attrition.

Now that the staff has added Danny Manning, we know who the Terps will have on the road recruiting.
