PG Copeland Talks Up Terps After Offer

Maryland’s offer barrage to class of 2022 point and combo guards continued Aug. 18 when assistant Matt Brady anted up for a rising star from Gettysburg, Pa. Three-star “1” Quadir Copeland (Gettysburg Area) secured his sixth verbal from the Terps, with UMD joining Penn State; Miami; Oregon; La Salle and Siena.

“The Maryland offer was exciting for me. I’ve been there before for a game, and I like what they’re about down there,” Copeland said.
