4-Star CG Cardet Discusses His Game, Recruitment

Maryland is attempting to add a point guard or combo guard to its 2021 recruiting class, and although several of the Terps’ foremost targets have fallen by the wayside, they remain firmly in play for a four-star from Florida. Wes Cardet (Northeast/Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.) has held a UMD offer since early May and counts Maryland as one of his most ardent pursuers.

The 6-foot-6, 175-pound top 50 national recruit said he hears from Maryland assistant DeAndre Haynes multiple times each week.
