Coach Speak: Dwayne Wise On Ike Cornish

Maryland secured a commitment from 2021 wing and Baltimore native Ike Cornish (Legacy Charter/Greenville, S.C.) June 10, and afterwards we spoke to his mentor and Team Durant recruiting coordinator, Dwayne Wise, to gain more insight into the 6-foot-6, 185-pound four-star:

Terrapin Times: Well, Coach, we knew Ike was probably going to Maryland. But we figured it would be Aug. 21, and not two months early (laughs).

Dwayne Wise: Man, it was crazy. Ike caught everyone off-guard.
