'Loyalty' Prompted 4-Star PF Reese To Commit To Terps

The much anticipated Julian Reese-to-Maryland commitment finally came to fruition May 10, with the class of 2021 St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.) four-star pledging to UMD six months after his sister, Angel, committed to the lady Terps’ program. The 6-foot-9, 230-pound Reese has held a Maryland offer since July of 2019 and has developed a relationship with UMD assistant Bino Ranson since his early high school days at New Town High (Owings Mills, Md.).
