Terps' Offer Resonates With New Offer Cardet

The Terps have identified several combo guard targets in the 2021 class, and their latest offer went out to Wes Cardet (Northeast/Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.), a 6-foot-5, 175-pound combo three-star. Cardet had previously attracted offers from Clemson, Alabama, Florida, Iowa State, Miami, USC, and others, but the Maryland offer May 7 did catch his eye.

“Maryland was an offer that jumped out,” said Cardet, who plays for Team Breakdown on the Under Armour circuit.
