Terps Learned From Nebraska Letdown, Ready For Spartans

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland’s Mark Turgeon implored the media to blame him for his team’s mere two-point victory against Big Ten basement dweller Nebraska Feb. 11. The Terps’ (20-4, 10-3 Big Ten) headman missed a practice due to illness, and, in his words, “felt like crap” the entire 40 minutes versus the Huskers.
