Turgeon Discusses Purdue Win

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Maryland coach Mark Turgeon breaks down his team’s 57-50 win against Purdue Jan. 18: 

Opening statement:

“We needed a win. Obviously that’s an understatement. It was a great win for us. We did a lot of things great. Probably what we did the best is coming off a tough loss on the road, a game that we probably could have won, our guys responded. That showed you a little bit about our guys, the way we came out, started the game and played terrific.
