Terps Had The Right Formula Against IU; Can They Keep It Up?

January 6, 2020

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — For a team that’s battled inconsistencies with its half-court offense all season, it was rather refreshing for Terps’ fans to see Maryland take advantage of its multitude of talented, quick athletes and convert in transition Jan. 4 against Indiana. Maryland  (12-2), playing with four guards most of the afternoon, pushed the pace for much of the game, eventually running right past the Hoosiers en route to a 75-59 victory. IU actually wanted to run too, but the Hoosiers didn’t have the depth or weapons to consistently keep up with the Terps.
