Maryland Moves Up To No. 3 In New AP Poll

After winning the Orlando Invitational and beating Temple, Harvard and Marquette, Maryland (8-0) moved up from N0. 5 to No. 3 in the latest Associated Press poll.

After winning the Orlando Invitational and beating Temple, Harvard and Marquette, Maryland (8-0) moved up from No. 5 to No. 3 in the latest Associated Press poll. Curiously, the Terps did not receive any first-place votes. 

Maryland has two games this week, starting Dec. 4 against Notre Dame in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge and then their first Big Ten game Dec. 7 against Illinois. Both games will be played in College Park, Md.
