Terps Looking to 'Keep Their Foot On The Gas' Against Michigan State

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — The “moral victory” term has been tossed around ad nauseam since the Terps came within a touchdown of knocking off No. 4 Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich., but Maryland coach Mike Locksley has promptly quelled any such talk in multiple press conferences.
