COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland put up over 600 yards of offense and quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa carved up the Charlotte defense Sept. 10, but almost all the talk postgame was defense. In particular, what the Terps didn’t do defensively in the 56-21 victory over a rather subpar lower-Division I foe.
